• Body: Made of one-piece cast ductile iron GGG50, with high resistance to pressure and mechanical impact. The entire body surface is covered with an anti-rust electrostatic epoxy coating.
• Gasket: Uses highly elastic, heat-resistant synthetic EPDM rubber, fully sealing the connection between the valve body and the cover.
• Cover: Made of ductile iron GGG50, with a removable domed design that lets technicians easily reach the valve interior to inspect and service the flap without removing the entire valve from the pipeline.
• Disc: The disc structure is made of carbon steel or ductile iron, with its entire surface fully encapsulated in EPDM rubber. The angled design shortens the closing/opening stroke and reduces the response time when the flow changes direction.
• Connecting bolts: Made of stainless steel A2-70 (stainless steel 304), ensuring firm tightening of the cover, corrosion resistance, and no rusting over time.
• Drain plug: Made of carbon steel and located at the bottom of the valve chamber, used to flush out settled sediment or drain residual fluid during maintenance.
