Project / Site Staff

1. JOB DESCRIPTION

• Proactively identify, approach, and manage projects supplying industrial valves, pipes, and pipe fittings for M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) and Fire Protection (PCCC) projects.
• Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and project owners to fully understand technical requirements, schedules, and project documentation.
• Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and documentation for project acceptance and payment.
• Coordinate with technical and sales departments to ensure supply schedules and provide on-site support.
• Provide periodic progress reports to the project manager.

2. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

• Graduated from a vocational school, college, or university with a major in Mechanical Engineering, Water Supply & Drainage, Thermal & Refrigeration Engineering, Fire Protection Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Priority given to candidates with experience in M&E materials, industrial valves, pipe fittings, and fire protection systems.
• Strong sense of responsibility, teamwork skills, and good communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and AutoCAD is an advantage.
